Externally the private balcony is ideally positioned to allow you to soak up the breathtaking vistas of Morzine and surrounding mountains. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee and croissant or favourite night cap, the west-facing balcony is the perfect spot to unwind and take in the scenery. For your convenience, the property comes with secure ski/snowboard storage  and additionally, from July 2024 onward, a secure cave will offer bike storage for three bikes.
