Our Policies
Bookings Policy:
All bookings are subject to availability and approval by Unwind.
By making a booking, guests agree to Unwind’s booking policy and the terms and conditions outlined on their website.
All bookings must be made by a person over 18 years of age, who will be responsible for all payments and adhering to Unwind’s booking policy.
Unwind require the full balance to be paid to secure guests booking.
Unwind reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time and will provide a full refund in the event of such cancellation.
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property during their stay and will be charged for any repairs or replacements required.
Unwind strongly recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation or amendment of the booking.
Unwind is not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss suffered by guests during their stay.
Unwind accept payment via visa and mastercard.

Bookings and Payments:
Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until full payment is received by Unwind.
Payments can be made by via Visa or Mastercard.
Unwind reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time and will provide a full refund in the event of such cancellation.
Cancellation Policy:
Guests must notify Unwind in writing (via email) If they need to cancel their booking.
If the guest cancels the booking more than 28 days prior to the arrival date, Unwind will refund 75% of the total booking cost.
If the guest cancels the booking less than 28 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued by Unwind.
If the guest does not show up for their scheduled check-in date or departs early, the full amount of the booking will be retained by Unwind.
Amendment Policy:
If guests need to amend their booking after it has been confirmed, they must notify Unwind in writing (via email).
Unwind will do their best to accommodate the guests request, subject to availability and any additional costs that may apply.
If any guest amendment results in a reduction of the total booking cost, no refund will be issued for the difference.
If any guest amendment results in an increase of the total booking cost, the additional amount must be paid to Unwind within 28 days of the arrival date or if requested within 28 days of the arrival date it must be paid within 48 hours of the request.
Unwind may charge an admin fee of €100 for any amendments made to the guests booking.
Check-in and out Policy:
Check-in time is 4pm on the day of arrival. If guests request to arrive earlier, Unwind will do their best to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee access to the accommodation until the check-in time.
Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. If guests wish to extend their stay they must contact Unwind in advance to check availability.
If guests fail to check-out by the designated time, Unwind reserve the right to charge an additional fee.
Property Use and Liability:
Guests are responsible for the conduct of all guests in your party.
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property during their stay and will be charged for any repairs or replacements required.
Guests must report any damages or breakages immediately, and pay for any repairs or replacements as necessary.
The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure.
Unwind is not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss suffered by guests during their stay.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold Unwind harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the property.
Smoking is not permitted inside any of our accommodations.
Pets are not permitted in any of Unwind’s accommodations, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability:
Unwind is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the property.
Unwind’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of UK, Ireland and France.
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the above countries.
Force Majeure:
Unwind will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under this booking policy that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event)
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes (but is not limited to) the following:
Acts of God, such as severe weather conditions, earthquakes, fires, floods, and other natural disasters
Strikes, lockouts, or other industrial actions
War, threat of war, or terrorist attack
Government actions, such as regulatory changes, travel advisories, and border closures
Pandemics, epidemics, or other public health emergencies
Power or internet outages
Acts or omissions of third parties, such as airlines, transportation providers, or suppliers
Civil unrest, riots, or civil commotions
Any other event beyond our reasonable control.
